Ruling:
The Judicial Board ruled in favor of the defendant.

Moleski v. Smith (representing committee chairs)

Information:
Plaintiff petitioned to resolve vagueness in the Student Body Code regarding who can or can not vote on House legislation.
Ruling:
The Judicial Board ruled that only those holding a constituency are allowed to vote on House legislation.

Guidry (plaintiff) v. Watson (defendant)
