Case:   Duncan (plaintiff) v. Election and Regulations Committee (defendant)
Date:   November 2004
Information:   Plaintiff accused defendant for failing to provide rights granted by Article 4, subset 5 of the Bill of Student Rights and Responsibilities.
Ruling:   The Judicial Board ruled in favor of the defendant.
     
     
Case:   Moleski v. Smith (representing committee chairs)
Date:   March 2005
Information:   Plaintiff petitioned to resolve vagueness in the Student Body Code regarding who can or can not vote on House legislation.
Ruling:   The Judicial Board ruled that only those holding a constituency are allowed to vote on House legislation.
     
     
Case:   Guidry (plaintiff) v. Watson (defendant)
Date:   September 2005
Information:   Plaintiff accused defendant of violating the Student Body Code, Fiscal Policies, Chapter 8, § 811.
Ruling:   The Judicial Board ruled in favor of the defendant. 
     
     
Case:   Election and Regulations Committee (plaintiff) v. Andrew (defendant)
Date:   November 2005
Information:   Plaintiff accused defendant with having committed a Class B violation as set forth in the Student Body Code, Election Code, Chapter 3, § 311 (c)
Ruling:   The Judicial Board ruled in favor of the plaintiff. Fine reduced from $50.00 to $20.00.
