We
envision an organization of pride and commitment, where
all representatives have an opportunity to contribute,
learn, and grow. We want all TCU students to be respected,
listened to, and treated fairly. Above all, we strive
for satisfaction from accomplishments and friendships,
while having fun as we aspire to improve our university. |

Dear Students,
Welcome back to another great year here at TCU! As students of your college and class you exercised your right to elect your constituents last spring. Now that you have elected these representatives: USE THEM! House of Student Representatives works through legislation to try and improve campus for students on campus, as well as for students in the future. If you see something you think should be improved, let us know! If you don't like the new silverware in the Main, find a House member. Basically, you, as the student, have the right and responsibility to use your student body fee money to fund the most important projects on campus.
If you want to get even more involved, House meetings are open to any student on campus. These meetings are Tuesdays at 5:00 pm in SC 222. Meetings are an excellent place to learn how to change campus in tangible ways. In addition to the House meeting, there are 6 different committee meetings occurring throughout the week. In student may attend these meetings and vote on legislation that comes through.
It is SGA and House's mission to try to improve the situation for the student body. So, no matter how small or big the problem, if it bothers you, it bothers us. Let's change TCU together!

Speaker of the House
