Accommodations

The Marriot Residence Inn Fort Worth (University) will serve as the official hotel for the Summit. While there are numerous hotels in the immediate area, we highly recommend that all delegates stay at the Residence Inn. As the official hotel, the Residence Inn will be the hub for all complimentary transportation during the two-day event.

The hotel is located on the banks and jogging path on the Trinity River and is just blocks from TCU, the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens, and numerous restaurants and retail shopping choices. Guests of the Residence Inn can enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast buffet, as well as in-room desks and free high speed internet.

To assist delegates in making reservations, there is a block of rooms on hold at the Residence Inn through July 17. In order to make reservations, please call Marriott at 1-200-331-3131 and mention the code MWLO to receive the special $144 rate per room.

Air Transportation

TCU is near two major airports. Located 25 miles from campus, Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport is the hub of American Airlines. Dallas love Filed is 35 miles from TCU and serves as the hub of Southwest Airlines.

Delegates flying with American Airlines will receive a 5% discount off the regular ticket price when using the special Summit Code: A1988AN.  Flights may be booked using this code directly at www.aa.com.

Ground Transportation

Both airport terminals feature taxi, shuttle, and rental car services. Delegates are asked to provide their own airport transfers. Shuttle service is available from both airports through Super Shuttle. Shuttle service should be booked through Super Shuttle directly at 1-800-258-3826. No reservations are required on service from the airport; however, pre-arrangements should be made on return trips to the airport.

The Summit will provide all ground transportation during official conference activities, including from the Residence Inn to TCU and community experiences.
