2010 Mountain West Student Leadership Summit

Call for Proposals

 

Please describe and provide information on the following points in your submission proposal or proposal packet.


1.    Please provide the contact information for the person(s) who will be organizing the Summit on your campus.

2.    How do you plan to make the 2010 MWSLS unique to your institution?

3.    What do you plan to keep the same or carry forward from the previous Leadership Summits at the University of Utah or TCU? 

4.    Describe the amount and type of institutional commitment present on your campus to host the 2010 MWSLS (e.g., financial support, logistical support, support from university administration, etc.).

5.    How much financial support is your student government committed to provide towards the overall costs of this Leadership Summit?

6.    Describe the expected challenges you might encounter as you prepare and plan of the Summit (e.g., construction on campus, codes of conduct or dress, etc.).

7.    Please provide information about the conference and housing facilities on and off your campus (cost, location, amenities, etc.).

Additional Information


•    Proposals should be emailed to BBurton@asuu.utah.edu or mailed to Brian Burton, 200 South Central Campus Drive #234, Salt Lake City, Utah 84112.

•    All proposals must be RECEIVED by 5:00pm (PST) on December 4, 2009.

•    Proposals will be reviewed by a committee of representatives from each conference school throughout December and January.

•    Applicants will be notified regarding the committee’s decision in mid-January.
